We help you in your search on a basis of no-cure/no-pay. That means if the search is not successful, or you find something yourself, you don't pay YP Housing anything.
In the first conversation, we will ask about your specific wishes and requirements in your search for a new home. We will analyse your wishes and see what is feasible, and then give advice accordingly. We will discuss the course of the search with you below.
If you authorize us to start the search, we will start immediately and approach as many real estate parties as possible to see if we can find a suitable property that matches your wishes and requirements.
If we have found a suitable apartment, we will first check to see if it matches your search specifications. At the apartment, we take an inventory of the condition, the delivery level, we take pictures and we write down the specifications. We will discuss this extensively with you.
After a positive response from you, we will try to make an appointment for a viewing as soon as possible. We try to do this as soon as possible, even outside working hours and on weekends.
If there is interest in the home, we will think about a rental proposal together. We will advise on what we think is feasible to make the best possible deal! This proposal will be sent with all the necessary documents to the relevant person in charge of the property.
In the event of approval, a rental agreement will be drawn up, and we will go through and check it together. If you have any questions, we will always help you where necessary. When everything is clear and well formulated in the rental agreement, we will make an appointment for the key transfer.
