We are happy to help your staff in the search for a suitable home. With our ample experience and personal service, we can complete nearly any search successfully.

We have a very large network and knowledge of the market. And we are happy to work with the candidate on their wishes in terms of rental periods, quality of the home, service fees and registering with the municipality.

Preferences

To search for a suitable home as well as possible, the preferences are the first thing we want to know. Location, budget, rental period, delivery level and the number of bedrooms.

Searching

Once the wishes and requirements are clear and feasible in our view and we start a search, then we get to work immediately looking for the perfect home.

Planning a view

When we have found one or more homes, we will present them and discuss them with you. If you would like to view the home or home(s) presented, then we make an appointment at your preferred time. We will help you during the viewing to assess the quality of the home and with the search for hidden defects by asking pointed questions of the party letting the home.

Agreement

If you would like to rent the home, we will work with you on a rental proposal in order to get the best deal possible.

Discussing the contract

If we reach a deal with the rental company, then the rental agreement will be set up and sent to us. We will then thoroughly review the agreement and other documents and discuss them with you. If anything is unclear or incorrect, we will have that updated.

Rent payment

If the agreement is approved, we will sign the rental agreement, and at that point the security deposit and the first rent payment will be due. We will then proceed to the inspection of the home and the key transfer. The invoice to YP Housing must also be paid before the key transfer.

Transfer

After the inspection and the key transfer, we will help the candidate if desired with concluding contracts for gas, water and electricity, and with inquiries about internet and registration with the municipality.
